Besonders als Familie haben wir auch das sichere Umfeld sehr geschätzt, wodurch wir unseren Aufenthalt komplett entspannt genießen konnten.

We stayed in Villa 1, and from the moment we arrived, it felt like a true home away from home. This spacious Franschhoek villa features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and plenty of room to spread out, making it ideal for families traveling with children. The private terrace quickly became our favorite spot, especially in the evenings. Having our own barbecue area made dinners feel easy and relaxed, and it added to that laid back, self-catering Franschhoek villa experience that makes a stay feel more personal and flexible. The villas don't have a washer, so if you are planning a longer stay it's good to know, however the hotel offers laundry service for a small fee.

DE: Wir haben in Villa 1 gewohnt und es hat sich sofort wie ein zweites Zuhause angefühlt. Diese großzügige Villa in Franschhoek verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und viel Platz, was sie ideal für Familien mit Kindern macht. Die private Terrasse war schnell unser Lieblingsplatz, vor allem am Abend. Der eigene Grillbereich hat das Abendessen unkompliziert und gemütlich gemacht und genau dieses entspannte, flexible Selbstversorger-Gefühl geschaffen, das einen Aufenthalt besonders macht. Die Villen haben keine Waschmaschine, was man bei einem längeren Aufenthalt einplanen sollte, allerdings bietet das Hotel einen Wäscheservice gegen eine kleine Gebühr an.

Each morning, we enjoyed the daily breakfast, which added such a nice touch to the overall experience. It wasn't a big buffer but more like a home cooked breakfast with eggs and delicious home made muffins.

DE: Jeden Morgen haben wir das tägliche Frühstück sehr genossen, das dem Aufenthalt eine persönliche Note gegeben hat. Es war kein großes Buffet, sondern eher wie ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück mit Eiern und leckeren, hausgemachten Muffins.

The pool area was another highlight, especially on warmer days when it was the perfect place to unwind between vineyard visits and exploring Franschhoek. Our little one also loved it.
