Hotel Review: Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba

Our second stop in Aruba was the newly opened Embassy Suites by Hilton Aruba. Located right between Palm Beach and Eagle Beach it was the perfect base to explore Eagle Beach and it's surroundings.

The hotel entrance big and airy and we instantly feel a fun vibe. After checkin we are heading to our room: A Pool View 1 King Bed 1 Bedroom Suite. All rooms at the Embassy are Suites and there are different options like Nature view or Ocean View.

The room has a living area with a small kitchen, dining table, a sofa and TV. The bedroom is quite spacious with a comfy King bed and built in closet. Both rooms have access to the bathroom and a private terrace overlooking the pool area.

A complimentary made-to-order breakfast is served every morning. I was positively surprised by the wide range of options and it was a great start into the day.

If you miss the breakfast there is a small coffee shop available serving freshly brewed Starbucks coffee and a selection of sandwiches and snacks.

After breakfast we were headed to explore the huge pool area. It is located in the centre of the resort and has plenty of loungers available. For Lunch we tried the Splash Grill located next to the pool area. We especially loved the pizza.

Another great perk is the complimentary Sunset Cocktail Hour. Every evening a selection of small snacks and drinks is served and it's a great ritual to end the day.

For dinner we tried the hotels restaurant Brickstones. The atmosphere is nice and the food was tasty.

The next day we decided to explore the beach area. There is a underground pathway that leads directly to the beach. The walk takes lees than 5 minutes. Right in front of the hotel is a small beach with beautiful turquoise water. There are no amenities though but you can rent beach chairs from the hotel for free.

Another option is nearby Eagle Beach, which is frequently named one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. You can either walk there (15 minutes) or make use of the free bike rental of the hotel. Palm Beach is also quite close and you can easily bike there.

Traveling with our little one we loved the big playground. There are also daily activities tailored for kids. So definitely a family friendly place. The convenient location of the hotel and the amenities are great for a relaxing vacation in Aruba.
