Bali - Dinner at The Slow

The Slow is a recently opened boutique hotel in Canggu. I was thrilled to find out that they also have a very cool restaurant open to the public where you can enjoy delicious meals any time of the day. We chose to have dinner here during our stay in Canggu. My first impression was, just like the pictures on the internet showed, veeeery cool and stylish. I loved the semi open restaurant area. The decor is minimalistic and looks really hip. I can imagine the rooms are very pretty as well.

The menu consists of many different dishes and the concept is to order a bit from everything and share it. I really love that kind of restaurants cause you get to try many different tastes and the sharing part is really fun also if you are a big group. We started with the Burrata and the Edamame Falafel. Both where fantastic. Since we are massive meat lover we opted for the Beef and Lamb as main course and the Garden Greens and little Potatoes as sides. Especially the Beef was really tasty. Overall we had a great evening at The Slow. The food was good, the atmosphere chilled and the food tasted great. I definitely would love to try their breakfast too. Hopefully next time :)
